Returns

• Please contact us before processing any returns and enclose your order number in all correspondence. Details for the returns address will be given on contact.
• An exchange for the same product or full refund will be offered if the DVDs are faulty, as in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• If required, refunds will be processed in a timely manner after the receipt of the goods. The refund payment will be processed via the source of initial purchase.

Please be careful when choosing items, as a general rule we do not exchange goods if you change your mind, returns postage plus a handling fee may be incurred to the purchaser in these circumstances.
