An exchange for the same product or full refund will be offered if the DVDs are faulty, as in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If required, refunds will be processed in a timely manner after the receipt of the goods. The refund payment will be processed via the source of initial purchase.
Please be careful when choosing items, as a general rule we do not exchange goods if you change your mind, returns postage plus a handling fee may be incurred to the purchaser in these circumstances.
